FAQ
Lamp failures and solutions
Light fixture installed in an improper location?
Solution: Reinstall the light fixture and adjust the position or direction to achieve better lighting effect. When installing, consider the surrounding environment and usage requirements to choose the appropriate installation position.
Insufficient or dimmed lights?
Solution: Check the lamps for deterioration and, if necessary, replace them with new lamps or bulbs, making sure that the wattage and type of the new lamps or bulbs match the original ones. Adjust the position or orientation of the fixture to improve lighting.
Lamps with erratic flash or blink frequency?
Solution: Check the power cord for loose or poor contact to ensure a stable power supply. After troubleshooting the power supply problem, check the bulb or fixture for aging or damage, and replace with a new bulb or fixture if necessary.
Lamp color temperature mismatch?
Solution: The color temperature of the luminaire does not match the surrounding environment or the color temperature of other luminaires, resulting in visual discomfort or incongruity. Please choose the color temperature of the luminaire that suits the scene, e.g. warm white for a comfortable environment and cool white for an environment that requires clarity. If fixtures with different color temperatures are mixed, consider replacing or adjusting one of them to make the overall color temperature more uniform.
Lamps making noise?
Solution: Check the luminaire for looseness or damage, and troubleshoot any internal component failure or looseness. If necessary, stop using and contact a professional immediately to overhaul or replace the luminaire.
Lighting leakage or electric shock?
SOLUTION: Immediately disconnect the power supply and contact a professional electrician to inspect and repair the circuit problem. Avoid touching or operating the fixture until the problem is completely resolved.
Lamp shade broken or missing?
SOLUTION: Replace broken or missing lamp shades. When choosing a new shade, make sure it matches the original fixture to maintain a consistent and functional appearance.
Moisture vapor or condensation in the fixture?
Solution: Place the luminaire in a ventilated, dry environment and allow the vapor to evaporate naturally. If necessary, check the sealing of the fixture and fix any sealing problems.
Light fixture leakage or circuit failure?
SOLUTION: Disconnect the light fixture and contact a professional electrician immediately. Do not attempt to repair the problem yourself as this may cause a more serious safety issue.
Luminaire generating overheating?
Solution: Ensure that the area around the luminaire is well ventilated to avoid blocking the air flow around the luminaire. Check if the radiator or cooling structure of the luminaire is working properly. If necessary, replace the radiator with a new one, making sure that the power and type of the new radiator matches the original luminaire.
