Yangzhou Baolade 30.000㎡ plant remodeling (industrial and mining lights)
◆ Existing 30.000㎡ plant, mainly for powder metallurgy precision molding, precision machining, welding and other processes.
◆ After remodeling, 840 250W metal halide lamps are used, and replaced one by one by “and its light” 100W industrial lamps.
Germany KOKI new plant (industrial lamp)
◆ This 15,000m plant is mainly used for precision machining, welding, assembly, and testing.
It is designed according to “WAKI LIGHT” industrial and mining lamps, and 763 100W industrial and mining lamps are used.
◆ After the completion of the average illuminance value of 521Lx, Uo is 86%, LPD 4.8W.
Shiyan Ark Machining Factory Lighting Renovation (Industrial Lighting)
The 16,000m plant is mainly used for machining, welding and assembly processes.
◆ 400W metal halide lamps were installed on both sides of the factory before remodeling, and 100W industrial and mining lamps were used for remodeling.
◆After the retrofit, the illuminance value increased from 50Lx to 280Lx, Uo increased from 30% to 83%, LPD increased from 3.2W before the retrofit to 2.1W after the retrofit.
AVIC Wuhan Precision Punching Company’s Old Factory Building Renovation
(Industrial Lighting)
◆ The 13.500m plant is mainly used for precision stamping, precision machining, welding, precision grinding and testing. Before remodeling, there were 405 lamps of 250W metal halide lamps, and they were replaced one by one with 100W industrial and mining lamps of “Hutchison Light”.
◆ After the completion of the average illuminance value of 326Lx, Uo by 85%, LPD3.1W.
